At Moment Tea, we aim to keep all our customers 100% satisfied with the highest quality teas at all times. However, for whatever reason there may be times when you need to return or exchange a product, please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Please note that Moment Tea does not offer returns or exchange for change of mind. You may be eligible for a return or exchange if you meet the following criteria:
Damaged or Defective Products:
All orders are packed with care and individually checked prior to despatch. If a product delivered is damaged or defective which adversely affects your tea-drinking experience, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your request.
Incorrect Product Shipment
If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you, and provide return shipping instructions for the incorrect item.:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Support:
Reach out to our customer support team via email at info@moment-tea.com, provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation such as photographs.
Wait for Instructions:
Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please do not return any products without receiving instructions from our team.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If your request is approved, we will offer you a choice between a refund or a replacement product. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Incorrect Product Shipment:
We require you to return the incorrect item, in which case we will provide return shipping instructions. Deduction might be made by us to reimburse any loss of value from the purchased product, in case the loss comes from unnecessary manipulation of the product. We will not refund any product(s) that was altered, opened, partially or fully consumed. You are responsible to ensure that the product(s) are sent back in acceptable packaging. Deduction from reimbursement will be made in case there is any damage(s) or the packaging is not suitable.
