Jasmine is a very popular naturally scented green tea from Fuzhou City of Fujian Province in China. The scenting method from Fuzhou, Fujian has been listed as an intangible cultural heritage in the world. During the scenting process, green tea and jasmine petals are well rolled, mixed and then piled up in the wooden box overnight. When the fragrance and flavour of jasmine is fully absorbed, the petals will be discarded and replaced with fresh ones. The cycle repeats 7 times in making this Jasmine Green to create a rich and beautiful taste, adding a calming and stress-relieving effect.

Milky Orchid is a well-known Tie Guan Yin (Iron Goddess of Mercy) from Anxi County, south of Fujian province in China. Lightly and slowly roast-dried, the dark semi-ball leaves develop a complex flavour profile where sweet floral and deep roasted notes are beautifully put together. Thanks to the experienced tea artisans’ control over quality, we can enjoy this cup of Tie Guan Yin, full of buttery and nutty flavour along with the original orchid aroma of the base oolong tea.

Spring Gardenia is another classical wulong tea produced in Anxi County. It is made using the traditional tea-processing method that was widely taken in the 1970s, called “Gufa” in Chinese. Unlike moderately oxidised Iron Goddess of Mercy, Spring Gardenia goes through a higher level of oxidation and then gets rolled and roasted-dried for a longer time to enhance the sweet and mellow mouthfeel. The delicate gardenia flower fragrance with a hint of pear flavour makes it an ideal cup of tea to sip and savour, just like a spring wandering.

With the Orchid is a more classic version of Tie Guan Yin. White Space is harvested with one bud and three/four leaves and classified as the most well known white tea style called Shoumei, literally meaning “longevity eyebrows”. Being made with naturally withered big, broken leaves, White Space preserves a high amount of antioxidants and produces a beautiful yellow liquor, a honey-sweet taste and an elegant aroma with a brush of dried bamboo leaves.
