Dewdrops on Daffodils

$33.80

Size: 5*9g

Dewdrops On Daffodils, made from Water Fairy Cultivar (referred as “Shuixian” in Chinese) in Zhangping county, is the only wulong (oolong) tea that is hand compressed into square shape and wrapped individually. Cultivated in a mountain region with an average altitude over 600 meters, Dewdrops On Daffodils offers a magnificently floral flavor, with notes of honey and mellow sweetness. Some may mistake it and get confused with the well-roasted Wuyi Rock Shuixian tea as they both come from the same cultivar, however, this tea is lightly oxidized and medium roasted, enhancing a soft mouthfeel and long lasting aftertaste with a hint of daffodil.

Simply add 4.5g of tea to a 600ml teapot, then pour in 100°C hot water. Let it steep for 8 minutes, allowing the flavours to gently unfold. If you enjoy a stronger flavour, feel free to add a bit more tea. Pour, sip, and enjoy your moment of tranquility.

For those who prefer a more refined experience, detailed Gongfu brewing instructions can be found on the tea packaging.
