In our low-acid Ruby Garden, various dried fruits such as apple, elderberry, blackberry and strawberry are blended together to create a fresh and sweet fruity taste, perfectly balancing out the tart note of currants. The addition of hibiscus makes an extra burst of antioxidants and vitamins to the drink. Ideal for both pour-over and iced tea.

Brewing Guide 

• 1.5 teaspoon per 250ml 95℃ - 100℃  hot water

• Steep for 8-10 minutes 

• Perfect on its own, whether served hot or cold
