Water Fairy Finds Its Way, known as a famous tea in Wuyi Rock Teas collection, is a highly sought-after wulong (oolong) tea made from Water Fairy Cultivar (referred as “Shuixian” in Chinese) planted in Wuyi Mountains region. Like all other Wuyi Rock Teas, Water Fairy Find Its Way definitely inherits the unique “rocky” taste, thanks to the mineral rich rocky terrain. Another striking feature of this tea is its “cong” flavor, a complex but pleasant woody aroma that can only be found when the tea is produced using leaves picked from trees at least 30 years old.
