With The Orchid
Size: 7*7g
With The Orchid is a Chinese popular oolong tea made from Tie Guan Yin cultivar grown in Anxi County of Fujian Province, which is known as “Iron Goddess of Mercy”. Iron Goddess of Mercy has a unique semi-ball shaped structure due to the method of rolling and it comes in many different flavor notes, quality grades, oxidation and roasting levels. With The Orchid is made by using the most traditional method called “Zhengwei” in Chinese, which refers to higher oxidation level (compared to the modern method) and more timely kill-green process. The brew is slightly yellow and has a very delicate mouthfeel with an impressive mellow and thick taste. Just as its name implies, when you drink it, a natural and pure orchid aroma will be found in the soup with a lingering sweet at the back of your throat.
Simply add 3.5g of tea to a 600ml teapot, then pour in 100°C hot water. Let it steep for 5 minutes, allowing the flavours to gently unfold. If you enjoy a stronger flavour, feel free to add a bit more tea. Pour, sip, and enjoy your moment of tranquility.
For those who prefer a more refined experience, detailed Gongfu brewing instructions can be found on the tea packaging.
